Sanitary Centrifugal Pump
Application Centrifugal pump is a both highly efficient and economical pump. It can reach sanitation and product soft-processing requirements and chemical stability. This pump has 30 different sizes.
Standard Design Centrifugal pump consists of these components: One standard motor, pump shaft, compression coupling, back plate, pump impeller, pump case and shaft seal.
Shaft seal Centrifugal pump is equipped with one external single-ended shaft seal or water injection shaft seal. Its stationEry seal ring is made from stainless steel AISI329 and graphite and rotating seal ring is made from silicone carbide. The seal ring applied in water injection sealing is a durable lip seal. This pump can also be equipped with double-ended mechanical shaft seal.
Material The metal part among overflowing components: Acid-resistant and stainless steel 1.4404(304 or 3.62); Other steel part: Stainless steel 1.4301(304); Surface finish: Honed; Seals against products: EPDM
